I bought Tappy and Nibbles from @Gingerbread and they have arrived today! Big thank you! I love them a lot!
They are my first baby ponies and I love how cute they are!

They are some of my fav ponies and I really like seeing all the different gimmicks G1 ponies have

The new ponies I mentioned are finally here too!
Firstly, here's CF Blossom. She's actually the very first G1 I bought but she took over 4 months to arrive (and I said to myself back then, just one pony will do but now I have more than 10 by the time she's here )!

She has some pin dot mould on her hooves and I managed to get rid of half of it so far. The rest are more stubborn so I sprayed some anti-fungal cleaner on her just to make sure. Her hair is super soft now after a bath too!

The next is my group of blue ponies! They're also from my wishlist.

Mainsail's hair was super dry, hard and frizzy. Gave her a bath and managed to detangle her hair and it's not hard anymore but still frizzy. She's drying right now.

Here's Salty! Boat-themed ponies are cool!

And finally, Sportstime! He has cut hair and highlighter marks but he still looks cute!

That color changing hair tends to go frizzy. When I packed away my Mainsail back in the 90s the stripe was only a bit dry at the end. Years later, frizzy in storage.

Does her hair still change?

I should post pics of my collection sometime. But I started with my childhood collection + a once in a lifetime thrift haul from 2011. So mine isn't as interesting as watching someone build from the start.

What are your collection goals? All in? Favorites? Completing certain series?

I did put her under the sun for a while but her hair hasn't changed colour and I'm not sure how fast the colour change takes to happen.

My goal right now is to get ponies from my wish list! My most wanted right now is Night Glider but she's pretty expensive so I'm waiting for one selling for a good price or when I save up more! I like space themed ponies so I plan on collecting them as well. The series I hope to complete are the flat foot collector pose ponies and the sunshine ponies!

You might be able to get a cheaper Night Glider if you're willing to fix flaws like missing hair.

Since it's solid white, it's at least easier to get. I got a cheap Angel with a bad hair cut. Single color hair is a cheap fix!

My main focus is finishing So Softs (expensive ones left), getting the last couple princesses I need, and the remaining TAFs. Some of the series I don't care about.

Hope you can finish the sets you want to complete too! So Softs are cute! I still haven't gotten one but maybe I will in the future!

I also tested out Mainsail's colour change again by holding her out the window under direct sunlight this time and it works! I was so excited seeing her hair change colour right before my eyes! It changed so fast too!
It's faint in the picture but I hope to bring her out for some photoshoots to get better pics!

Took a break from buying ponies for bit and now I'm back! I got 2 new ponies recently, the Activity Club baby pony and Sweet Pocket!

The baby pony took over 3 months to arrive due to some shipping issues but it was worth the wait. She's really cute! She has some bite marks on her hooves but that's alright and I like to imagine that her original owner had fun memories with her back then!

Sweet Pocket is very discoloured but she was being sold cheaply so I just had to get her! She's still pretty and really like her! Precious Pocket ponies are cute in general.
