Someday I will have that set, too...I only have the birthday party set, from when I was a kid. I don't remember ever seeing this one in stores, or I'm sure I would have gotten it! :p

I keep watching the auctions and such, but I just don't have the money to spend on ponies. I'd be happier trading for them, I think. But then, what ponies would I give up???

Good job...it's nice having pony love in the house, isn't it?
 
I normally dont spend that much money on a singel auction .. but I felt this was a good deal :)

Actually, I wasnt the original winner. The seller contacted me after the winner didnt pay .. and he also lowered his reserveprice considerably because he "wanted to get the set out of his house". So I went for it and considered it a late Xmas present for myself .. :lol: (i bought it just after xmas)

I never saw this set as a child either, but that was probably because I lived in a small town and there were not that many ponys to choose between in the store ..
or maybe it wasnt sold in Norway at all? Who knows :roll:
 
Im sorry if I hurt your feelings by what I said earlier. They really are a nice set of ponies. I would like that set MIB someday myself.

NO WORRIES :) :) You didnt hurt my feelings by what you said about discolouration etc. I only wanted to comment that Pink Dreams body and headshade match in real life and show you some more nice photos of her and the other ponies. And if what I wrote in my post came out like I was "hurt" I didnt mean it to sound that way :lol:

(In comparison, the G3 Butterfly Island set costs over $100. (699;)) I'd rather spend my money on the Slumber Party set!

Where in Norway are you from?
 
I am speechless! That set is so incredible I could faint :eek: . Can you just imagine getting that set as a child when it first came out? I would have been beside myself with excitement! I am now and it's not even mine lol :lol: . Mega congrats on being offered it by the seller. They are so pretty *dies* :oops:

It's something with MOC/MIB ponys .. it gives me back that childhood feeling .. standing in the store and dont know which of the ponies to decide for, because they are all so beautiful and you want to have them all :lol:

I collected them as a child for about 6-7 years and then I started recollecting in 2000 .. So about 12 years actually :)

Hmm ... I am not sure how many I have right now.. I am always buying and selling some :) Maybe around 200? What about you?
 
I think Nusse is getting close to 300 ponies in her collection, right Nusse? ;)
