I would like to see pictures before letting you into a swap just so I could gauge your experience level.

To get feedback you need to buy/sell/trade here in the forums. It can take some work to get those feedbacks, but they're worth it in the long run.

So... short answer- no you wouldn't be able to sign up for this swap =(

People leave you feedback when you buy or sell here or at the Arena... Some folks will take ebay feedback too. Don't worry too much about missing one swap; there's lots coming up all the time
