strange payment in paypal

Ok has anyone had a random amount of money set to there paypal account and could not find a email or something.
I ask because someone named vikki kinsman set me 30 with a note on there saying 620 cartoon for spoon jay.

Now I am not going to keep money that is not mine but I cant find away to contact this person and if its some kinda strange scam where a refund will get them some of my info I don't want to do that.

I will have to call paypal in the morning I guess or is there someone on here by that name? I mean they would need my pp address to send me money right?

They would need your Paypal address to send you money, but they could have transposed some information (letters and/or numbers) and sent the payment to you instead of who they intended. I would say you have the right idea about calling Paypal.

called paypal and refunded the person the money. I had emailed them and they claimed that there son had bought a cartoon 360 from me.

I don't even know what that is does anyone on here know what a Cartoon 360 is please? Paypal said if they send me the money or say I had it for sale ect to call them back and they would take over.

so hopefully its over with.

Maybe their son sent money to wrong email account, that's happened to me once x.x PayPal called me and it got straightened out swiftly~ ^-^

I think a Cartoon 360 is a book, and you did the right thing on calling and refunding the money. I hope it's all over now.
