Welcome! I am honored that you are considering me for your ponies’ restoration!

Click here to see my restoration showoff thread!

Restorations offered:
Surface and deep cleaning
Spot/stain removal
Color restoration
Hair cleaning, styling, defrizzing
Hair dying (to restore faded color)
Rehairing
Paint touchup
Repainting
Tail washer replacement (to prevent or remove rust)
Chew repair
Limb/horn/wing/ear replacement (with milliput or donated by bait pony)
Deflocking/Reflocking

If you are interested in a restoration that isn't listed here, just ask! I am willing to give almost anything a try. I also have bait ponies available as testers if you would like for me to attempt a certain kind of restoration before performing it on your pony.

All restorations are OPTIONAL, and I would never make a change to your pony without your consent. I will let you know ahead of time what my recommendations are, but you have final say.

Restorations I do not offer:
I am not able to restore accessories (such as Flutter Pony wings) at this time

Cost:

For Play
A “Play” pony is any pony that you wished to have restored purely out of love. Whether it will be or once was played with by a child, these ponies are beloved toys that hold a special place in someone’s heart.

I will restore Play ponies for:
The full cost of shipping (both coming and going)
+ The cost of any replacement hair (This cost will be largely determined by the amount of hair required, the number of colors, and the rarity of the color. If only one or two plugs of replacement hair are needed and it is a common color I have on hand, this cost can be waived -- You can also opt to acquire the hair yourself and send it with your pony.)

For Display
A “Display” pony is a part of a collection. It is meant to look beautiful on a shelf beside other ponies.

I will restore Display ponies for:
The full cost of shipping (both coming and going)
+ The cost of any replacement hair (see above)
+ A restoration fee of $5 per pony
+ An additional $5 fee if your pony requires any of these significant restorations:
  • Replacement of a missing leg or wing
  • Complete repaint of a missing cutie mark
  • Paint to cover permanent damage/stains to most or all of the body
  • Deflocking
There is no difference in the restoration quality of Play or Display ponies. I only wish to give those who are restoring for sentimental reasons (or for a child) the chance to do so without an extra cost. I do this because I love these ponies, I love restoring them, and it is truly an honor for me to restore a beloved childhood toy. At this time, I am allowing clients to let me know if their pony is for Play or for Display on the honor system. Please do not be the reason I can no longer do that.

Final cost will be agreed upon before you send me your pony. I accept payment via PayPal.

Turn around:
Please understand that pony restoration is a time consuming process and it could take several weeks to get your pony back. Especially if your pony needs UV treatment (aka sun-fading) to remove spots and stains and restore the original color. But rest assured, I will always keep you up to date on what is going on with your pony (with pictures).

For an additional 10$ rush fee, I will prioritize your pony over all my other projects. Keep in mind, even with this fee, I cannot expedite UV treatment. It takes the time it takes. However, not all ponies need UV, and even if yours does, you can opt-out.

Disclaimer:
I strive to restore all my ponies to like-new condition, but it is possible some small/subtle “beauty marks” will remain. I am also human, and it is possible I may make a mistake during the restoration process. Should this happen, I will always be honest and let you know what mistake was made and how I plan to rectify it.

I live in a pet/smoke-free home.

Let me know if you are interested or have any questions. Thanks so much!
