I was thinking Chatterbox, but I really do like the "CC" for "Chit Chat"
I can even imagine a MLP animated scene where a few ponies wonder how they can find a clue to solve a puzzle and one exclaims. "I know! Let's ask CC!"
Her catchphrase could be "Communication is Key".

I am also sleep deprived at the moment...
