Tutorials For Flocking A Pony?

I was thinking it might be fun to have some SS versions of some of the G4 ponies and I was wondering if anyone knew of some good tutorials for properly flocking a whole pony from scratch. I've tried searching, but I've only come up with instructions on how to de-flock one.

Anyone else know any tutorials/tips? Has any one had any luck getting the flocking not glomping in weird directions without using Electro-Static?
