G1 What is this spot?

I got this Basic Fun Posey and she came defective, she has a scratch on her cutie mark and this spot, she also has one on her back leg, what is it? I tried to remove it with acetone but nothing changed. I got a gingerbread from them with mold on her vinyl so it wouldn’t surprise me if it is that
