What's up with my Spring Fever?

okay... this one pony has been living in my local pony shop for months (literally!) I finally bought her but there's something odd about her.

First, she has a mommy charm
Second, her box opens at the front and has a concave base with 'enter the magical world of ponyville' on the back instead of a story!
Third, I've never seen Spring fever in a box on her own before, I though she was with AJ in the tea party set!
Fourth, she's labelled as a 'friendship ribbon' pony, what are they and who was in the set with her?

I bought her to use for a custom... but I want to know if she rare/htf/whatever first just in case!
 
The first ponies did open in the front. They all did. Kind of disturbing when you are trying to get pics of them.

She did came out alone beafore the Tea Party Set. Together with the other seasonponies Autumn Skye, Sweet Summertime and Winter Snow.
They were all European exclusives and came out in 2003. Amazing that you still found her in your store.

y'know, now that I look at her name it's like in-the-face obvious that she's one of the early ponies.. I think my Rainbow Dash had a box like this one.

Yeah that's a good idea to put her on the shelf =) She costs like $10-15 nowdays to buy from Ebay if not more. At least the last ones I have seen.

You can check out more about her on www.ponytopia.com. According to that page they all came with charms.
 
$10-15? Wow... I think I actually paid near that! We have to pay double for ponies in the uk, she cost me £4.99

dang... now I have to find room to display her in her box! Thanks for the link, I really couldn't find anything on dream valley.
 
Dream Valley is mostly about the G1's.
Silverfall is the one that keeps up with the G3 the best =)

God, the ponies are really expensive over there in England :shock: I wonder why...
 
I wish I knew, but heck I buy a lot off ebay instead! *huggles newly bought Periwinkle*
 
yah I saw on the site Desert Rose sent me, I prefer the euro version ^_^ I have so many stripy maned ponies with the same boring stripe pattern... =S
