Pony ID Help Who is this pony?

Apologies if this isn't the right thread for this query... I'm wanting to sell this pony but I don't know her name. I thought she was based on Janeane Garofalo and her name is a play on that, but I can only find references to Garofalo's voice work on mlp animations. Can anyone tell me who she is?
