Who made this adorable Baby Tex?

I have this baby tex that I received in a trade. The trader couldn't remember who had given it to her, and I'd like to notify the artist that I'm listing her on eBay. Does anyone know who made her? I searched the Customs forums, and found some threads that could be this one, but the pics have all been taken down.
