hi all

I just booked my rooms !!!

I should be getting in wednesday night july 6 at around 7 pm if all goes well and if i dont change the bus departure.

On another note about the hotel, this is what the lady told me. She gave me the same 129 for wedensday also and she said there is no 25 dollar extra charge for the 3rd person.

Vendor table sharing?

Looks like ticket sales are live on the fair site. :) That makes it so real... woohoo!

Is it permissable to share a vendor table? If so, would anyone like to share a table? I don't have enough stuff to warrant the cost of a whole table, but I would like to bring things to sell/trade.
 
I just bought my 3 fair general admission tickets, so happy.

Now, do i get them at the fair doors?

I'm actually there this year !!! I'm Sooooooo:leekguitar: Super Excited. It's Reasonably close and my Husband said i could go. I'll be there Friday night !!! Buying my tickets this weekend .

Trying to get a game plan together. I soooo dont want to miss this one. It sounds like its going to be a great time. Its also right before my birthday so what better way to spend it.
I would love my husband to come with me as well. :)
I know we would have a great time with everyone.
Fingers crossed we can figure something out.

Have Ticket Details Been Releashed??? I couldn't find any Ticket Info. I would love to book my tickets in Advance b/c i live so Far away :34353:

Hmmm thats weird... I seem to have trouble accessing the convention site. I tried the links posted on the first page but they take forever to load, anyone else having trouble?
 
Ok, I'm booked, too! I had booked a room at a different Marriott in Providence with my Marriott rewards points, but I changed my reservations since this is a better deal. ;) I'll be there from Thursday 07/07 through Tuesday 07/12, so my boyfriend & I can have a few extra days to take a vacation in the Providence & Boston areas.
 
i tried to book for the Tuesday also before the fair but they wont offer me the room for the same price. Regular room cost would be 206 and i think that it to much.

maybe someone out there can help me with a question? if i have a booth to sell stuff is there transportation provided to Hasbro to set up?
 
Girlbuffalo had mentioned (on the Arena, I think) that the bus that will be taking us to and from the hotel will have space for bags, etc.

Elfpony--you are correct--we will be having a motorcoach transport each day for people staying the host hotel at no extra cost.

Drusilla--I'm sorry but we do not have any rooms booked as far out as Tuesday. We only have them blocked at the fair rate for Thurs, Fri, Sat, and Sun nights.
 
I'm getting so excited. I was talking with a friend who lives in Mass, and she said that the fair would be about 15-20 minutes from where she lives. So now I get to spend the weekend with her....and ponies! *happy dance*
 
Ah ok I am not having any more problems with the site. cool.
 
SO Excited to see this is in my state this year! This will be my first MLP Fair, can't wait!
