we've seen the prettiest, mintiest, cleanest, newest, etc etc.. how about the nastiest, most disgusting ponies that must have been buried for a few years between 1993 and now to look as bad as they do?

I bid on this auction on a whim and won.. not really expecting to, since my high bid was around $11. But apparently everyone else found them to be not worth the effort, lol.

The only picture worse than this that I can think of was one that looked like the ponies had been through a flood, probably about a year ago. I think Binkyfinder said it was being sold by someone her father knew? my memory is fuzzy on this one.


Anyway, anyone else have pics of ponies this nasty?
 
um whose the so soft on the far left.. the standing one? is that a magic star? because she looks purple... weird :p

i found a dead bug inside one once! i have 2 in my car that were buried at one time
 
I got these ponies from a non pony person in Canada. You may remember a thread I made about them on the old forum. The so softs are so bad I don't even display them :( . Magic Star is half way towards being deflocked.

It's the black hooves that gets me, it's seeped right into the plastic :( . I have cleaned most of them up and they all look much better apart from the awful stained hooves. Zig Zag's smooze has gone, he looks cute as now :p
 
This thread is awesome! That seapony made me laugh aloud... I know I shouldn't be laughing at the poor widdle darlings, but oh well :twisted: . (Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending on how you look at it, I don't have any really nasty ones to post. Sorry.)

LOL, were you the one who posted that pic around a year ago with the dead bug in the pony's neck? I remember that picture - it made me seriously ill. :p

i just can't do it! i started to show mine off and i can't.i don't want them to think i love them less. crazy right?
 
it's not loving them less.. it's appreciating them for their flaws.

Oh God poor ponies! Makes you wonder WHAT on earth the people who used to own them actually was doing with them :shock:

About the bug... Eeewww. Wonder how that got in there in the first place though :?
 
Does anyone else remember something about a pony filled with dog doo? I'm not sure if that was real or just a rumor, but I have heard about it a few times I think...
 
oh man I wish I had a digital camera back in 98/99. I got a huge lot of ponies from a non pony person who said they were in "good" condition...

some were in good condition but most of them were SOOOO dirty and nasty. Infact all of them had surface dirt, this was a lot of like 80-100 ponies. So I started to clean them off one by one but.... I got frustrated. so I took the dirtier ones, dumped them in that bathtub and ran water over them, the water that came out from them was sooooo dirty

Most of them did clean up nicely but a lot of them also had mildew inside that I had to scrub, there was like 5 headless ponies sitting arond with ajax inside of them over night....
 
This is not my pony; unfortunately I don't remember who posted this, but I thought it was so amusing that I saved the photo.

Someone recently found a Cotton Candy in her yard.. that had been burried for 15+ years.

Here she is, EXHUMED FROM THE GRAVE:
