Attention FaceBook Users *EDIT: He's Baaaaaaaack!*

I left my schpiel this morning, shortly after he posted some Portuguese gibberish about Pinkie Pie and a rainbow of happiness, about it being disrespectful to steal. He probably can't read it. I went to his profile to try to send him a message, but he doesn't allow that option for non-friends. And I certainly don't want to be his friend.

Wow, I didn't even know facebook had that option...
 
I'm not able to find that person's page, but I hope it gets resolved soon.

If it's any sort of comfort, it's good that your art isn't the only ones stolen, it's hard to fight alone. : (

Guess what everyone...he's baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack and he's at it again. What it looks like is that he created a new account with a smilar name and has, once again, taken my customs (including one of my Kyas-how *smart* can you be? I mean EVERYONE knows that's MY persona after all) and has been posting them without giving me credit for them. I have created a FB account now (good ra FB is so stupid!! ) so I can report him for this violation, and I have made Hasbro aware that he is at it again as well. I, however, cannot comment on anything already posted atm (like I said FB is stupid!)

Everyone else please go and check his other posts; there are other pieces of artwork he's posted that I'm not sure if they're stolen from other members of the MLP community or not. He is now calling himself "Junior Silvra Rodrigues Junior"

Also, the user "Michelle Passi Parra" has posted Ristvak's icon image of the 3-9 Tunefull I made her a while back. I wasn't sure if I could flag that though or not.

So please, be aware that this guy isn't just a "dumb forgeigner" who doesn't understand English copywrites and stuff; by creating another account and doing it again even after being reprimanded for it, it shows that he is doing this on purpose in my book.

My FB account is under ny psydoname "Katherin PenDragon", so as fgar as I'm concerned other than a "Denko" family member, or the KT page that is the ONLY place you should be able to find ANY of my artwork.

I added him to my block list, sadly there are a lot of stealing scumbags out there. Facebook are very slow about doing anything for example someone set up a group which could be accessed by minors which had a pornographic picture on it, I and many others reported it yet it was up there for days until Facebook bothered to pull it.
 
ummm..... i see some of my personas in there too. i at least 2 of mine. remember he could be getting these off of photobucket. if its not set on private, he could take them. this has got to stop. if you cant speak english and post the reason you are using those pictures, then you shouldn't be using them at all. i wont be able to explain to him why what he is doing is bad.

Odd. His albums are accessible on my end. I can see tons of stolen art, made by or for tons of different Arena and TP members. LLB, Tilas, LunaCat, FizzyPop, Amaris, Jewel, girldust, ZennaBug, BBD, lunarose, Kiwi... The list goes on and on, but the creators and owners of the art have to report it themselves.

Use Google Translate. Type what you want to say in English and translate it to Portuguese. He's from Brazil, and that's the dominant language there. Some of his words don't translate exactly, but he'd probably get the idea. Doesn't mean he'll stop, but he'll know people are getting jacked about his klepto behavior.

i just tryed to go look and he has everything blocked inless you are his friend @.@ Lame!! and i cant report for stolen images because well i cant tag said images LAME!!!!! X.X sorry hope some one stops this thief!

i don't know about other people's pictures, but the 360 compilations of my customs i ONLY put on dA, so i know that's where they came from, and in that case he should know that i own them then. i admit through PB you might not know exactly who owns it, but still it's wrong.

i did flag my work, and it looks like it's gone. idk really-i don't get FB really. i'm just on there to report this and play Farmville now, i'm not going to play with it like normal people do.

i'll have to go check and see if i can view his albums now.

last I checked, your stuff was still there... you just have to go back a bit in the pages of the photo album.
 
I can't view his albums to see which pieces of mine have been stolen, I've had my art stolen before but never my pony art, urrgh.
 
he has others work in his own fb photo page, but on mlp page he has your art and your customs. it doesnt look like hasbro or mlp, whoever is running that page isnt doing anything about it since its still there. i wonder if this person is a member on here or the arena, they would have to be a newbie and not know better.

i clicked on my pictures, but if i want to report it, there is no option for stolen artwork or anything related to that. im surprised he needed a new fb account. i guess i can try telling him off again, but translated in portuguese. this has got to stop.

have you posted this at all on the arena? i think it would be best to warn them and let them know what is going on with this guy taking other peoples art.

I am not an Arena memeber. So anyone who is, feel free to bring this up over there. In fact I encourage you too because he has things from multiple people.

And to report him for art theft you have to fill out the FB's "itellectual property" stolen report thing. that's tricky though because *we* don't own MLP, so technically the fanart is intellectual property, while any original charaters we have full copywrites to.
