Collection Size?

U have a MLP room oh lucky u!!! I wanna have one too :D
 
I have 101 now! Quite cool actually ;)
 
About 300+ I dont really know, have not counted for a year. Wow paint 1000 woah x-x
 
My collection is pretty small. I have just sold a lot recently because I want to concentrate on rare, sought after and Nirvana ponies. They are expensive so I have to sell off lots just to buy one!
I would be happy keeping my collection under 100 as long as I really loved each one. I am "over" the need to have every single pony that exist!
 
Oh dear, I haven't counted in years but it know it's well between 1500-2000! My computer room is the pony room, we use it for nothing else, lol. I'm currently cateloging it since it's going into storage next may. It'll probably take me that long just to get through it all!

I know I have over 150 vintage MOC/MIB ponies. All the US released G1s except 20 or so with a bunch of UK and foreign exclusives. Nearly ever G3 up untill this core 7 crap started. And a MIB double up until the crystal princess line, after that I only got a double of the ones I really liked or exclusives. I love my varients but I gave up on those though I still pick up sweetie belles and starsongs when I can.

My model horse collection is starting to be good competition though! I must have 4-500 of those but when most cost between $30-$500 with a handful between $1000-$3500, that's kept me from buying everyone that's come out, hehe.

And no, I'm not rich! They're the reason I'm so broke, LOL. I have so much to sell it's not even funny. I sold 400 or so at the pony fair this summer and still took home over 600!
 
I can't even imagine having 2000 ponies!! I have 350+, maybe even closer to 400 now, and I am going crazy. I feel like I love my ponies, but they are taking over my house and not always in a good way, so I am in the midst of downsizing a little bit. I'd like to get down to the 200 mark and stay there. I've said it before, I'm a bit of a display/organizing freak and I like having all my ponies on display with a minimum of 1" between them, NO ponies should be touching, or else I feel cluttered. Almost all my ponies are touching now and it's driving me insane! lol.
 
I think it's relative to what you think your collection should be. I think mine is medium-ish with at least 400 in my collection because it's not near what I want but a good start.
 
Honestly I dont know how big my collection is right now. I believe I have around 500+ but they are all in boxes so I cant tell. I did manage to empty 2 smaller boxes into my bedroom and thats like 200 ponies and I have a MASSIVE box plus about 3 more boxes of them.. I might even have close to a 1000 but I dont know until I count them honestly lol.

ETA: I forgot I had like 3 cases of them under my bed. I have a heck of a lot of ponies lol :p

OMG I am the same. If they touch together on my shelf, it goes from a nice display to a cuttered mess in my mind.

Currently I have all of mine neatly wrapped and put away. :) The nanosecond a buy a house the ponyroom will be the first room finished, and outfitted with enough shelf space for at least 1000 ponies.
