Halloween is coming up, so I've been thinking about this a lot! Have you guys ever dressed up as/cosplayed/made outfits "inspired by" MLP? Are you doing anything this year? Pls tell me about them or show pictures!

I am currently working on sewing an outfit inspired by Ringlet! It's...actually not a costume for Halloween, it's fancy dress for wearing to a non-Halloween tea party in a few weeks, but tis the season, so we can pretend it's Halloween related, lol! I have dressed in a pony inspired outfit a few times before but it's been a while! I went for a Queen rosedust look at the virginia pony meet. I dressed like Applejack for halloween. I was feeling extra goofy and made a Cranky-doodle-donkey inspired outfit for a local convention.

Not this year, but a few years back my husband and I dressed up to go to the Steel City Con. He took a picture but cut off my horn so here are two pix, so you see the whole costume.

You have a lot of creative endeavors, it's really nice to see them all!! Please keep sharing!! I have been a pony twice for Halloween! The first year, I thrifted a sweater vest that was very Twilight Sparkle-esc! Then I made some very quick ears and wings out of light purple felt. Last year, I was working, so I wore some pink pony ears I bought off of Etsy to work. Both were very simple but I loved it!! For your tea party, are you going to wear any pony ears of any sort? I find that to be the best part of any pony themed attire, but it may be a bit too costume-y if it is for a non-Halloween event. I hope you show us pictures when you are done, your concept looks amazing!!
