Have you ever lost a pony?

Oh, goodness. My family moved constantly when I was a kid, and I lost toys in just about every move. Small things, usually, that would be there when I was packing and gone when we unpacked at the new place. I must have a trail of lost toys that stretches from coast to coast... It always bothered me, because I rarely misplaced toys otherwise (except when it comes to accessories. I'm pretty sure there is some kind of cosmic law about lost accessories, and that it is similar to the Law of Vanishing Socks).

My worst pony "losses", though, were not due to actually getting lost, but to severe mold. (Lost quite a few childhood treasures in that incident, actually.) :sadpony:

I lost Moon Jumper when I was little and have been trying to get her again for ages now...

And my best friend's little sister stole my Bride and kept her stowed away in a drawer for months on end. I had already given up on ever finding her when my best friend found her and returned her to me.

I ended up keeping ponies from friends who lost interest in them over the years...by now they are more mine than theirs but if they ever want them back I'll gladly turn them over.
