G1 Is there a hierarchy of rarity/value?

cha cha is hard to find on ebay so are surprise twins pony along with rapunzel

For the most part, as far as U.S.-released G1s go, a lot of the mail orders are the most expensive and rare like Rapunzel, Sweet Scoops, and Mommy and Baby Pony. But the most expensive G1s are going to be Venezuelans and Colombians I believe. It's really hard to keep track of the non-U.S. releases.

I thought the Greeks and South African ponies were?

I think it all depends on the pony. Greek Ladybird will be high priced, whereas Greek Blossom is only going to be around $40 (poor thing without a tail didn't sell): http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-5...0001&campid=5337556153&icep_item=272585708218

Yet, you have Venezuelan ponies without a mane or tail going for that same price (this one sold): http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-5...0001&campid=5337556153&icep_item=252730827518

In fact, the highest price I saw for a Greek going through the sold list for eBay was $330 for a Greek Baby Glory. And for Colombia, $300 for Bowtie. But I have seen much higher. Right now, there are only a couple Venezuela ponies and no South Africans. Just two Colombian auctions and one has multiple ponies and it went for over $500. The other was the one I mentioned.
