I had the same problem with mine. She had been climbed on too many times by two little girls. Anyway I found a way to sort of make her "stand" again.

that is a genius idea! those are the stools from big lots, right? how neat that they're just the right height! i may actually have to go get one now, as my frilly's starting to sway a little bit too.

not to be mean - but I don't think your customs come close to compareing to Woosie's! Heck, I don't think hardly ANYONE compares to Woosie (plus she was one of the first to show interest)

Not to mention PS - i seem to remember you saying recently that you don't really like Frilly
