OK,

I just bought this girl.
I probably overpaid, but whatever. I am nothing if not impulsive.

So, restorers: What do I do about her head?
(@DracoKat @Twinkle-eye)

Also, anyone want to do it for me, and what would it cost, lol?

---
See, what happened was, I bought myself a Good Weather pony (I really wanted her), and then shipping was FIFTY DOLLARS, so I felt the need to get something else to spread the shipping costs. Thus spending more money. Cause I'm hilarious.

She's pretty though, right?

If we are talking about what to do about that very strange hairline on her head without no holes, I would somehow just flip the hair to cover it, I find her very unique as she is. Strange, but I like it :lolpony:

Yeah! It's like a split, but there's not missing hair?
I looked at some pics of other Sweet Clovers and it seems to happen a lot?
I didn't know if I could do anything to it. Or if it was a 'flaw'. Shrug

Maybe… just maybe… she could wear hats really well

I think this is "normal" for Sweet Clover, as all I've seen so far (my two plus another two I bought for a friend) have this issue.

I'd commission someone to rehair her.

Ahh she's so beautiful. One I've wanted for a while but haven't managed to get ahold of. My Crumpet has a similar issue with her hair! I'm afraid I don't have an answer for you (I thought it was neat, myself lol) but I hope you find a satisfactory one!

Shes gorgeous!! <3 I have ponies with this same line. Its just a factory thing, id move her hair to cover it :3

I have some where the hair isn't even on the line at all :)

Ditto. I’ve seen that on many ponies. One had four of the ‘hair grooves’. Two without plug holes.

Gosh, she is lovely, though.

Ok, i was just worried she was missing hair. But y'all say she is fine. So, I am just silly.

Adding to my previous comment, instead of digging through shelves to find an example, my most recent pony Baby Fleecy that I won from the halloween guessing game also has a line. Picture time!!
All Fleecys are like this and that seems to be the case in all these line scenarios. My guess is, they made the rooting guidelines into those molds and later change how they root some ponies. Could be to save money, could be for the style, no way to know! It was definitely done on purpose tho. So your Sweet Clover is made that way intentionally. ;)
This would probably be something useful to list in the pony info pages @MustBeJewel :D
First pic mine, others from MLPdatabase and wiki.

Also adding some Sweet Clover pics from the same places.

I still like the idea of adding hair, but I guess if she's *supposed* to be this way... I should not make her feel strange about her differences :D
