Got my Hallmark Dream Book earlier this week, finally sat down with a reserved candy cane and some holiday tunes to flip through it. This year's MLP ornament is Powder <3

@OctoberMoon i saw a funko “burnt Christmas jack” I so wanted to get him for you!
 
I can't wait to look!! I haven't gotten my book yet but I will go online @Gingerbread and look. I didn't sign up this year since we are trying to be budgeting for the new house, but I saw it was baking themed and thought of you!

@Tak thanks for thinking of me! I will have to look that up too!

I always ask for hallmark gift cards for my birthday from my family so the blow is not so bad at once when these release.... now I am getting excited :)

@Gingerbread did you see the Grogu Ornament!! So cute. I love the NBC ones so much especially the one of Jack Skellington in his bed. I do wish they would branch off of the main characters and pull in some of the more unique characters in the film, like the hanging tree, the vampires or some of the adorable elves from Christmas Town

@Tak they have an Enderman Ornament this year and it look really cool

Now that I have spent all my morning free time before my time stealing teenager wakes up, I will go start scrounging for all the loose change I can find.
 
I know! My list is long this year but I make it in 2, the ones I must have and will get when they come out and the ones I like but not enough to pay full price and will scout for after Christmas on sale! LOL They are just so expensive!
 
@Gingerbread does Disney have a Stitch one this year?

Also I Powder and have to have her. I will probably have to buy and send to one of my friends south of the border. I never got AJ because our Hallmarks never got to open for the Christmas season and we couldn’t order online from Canada. :cry:

That's what I try to do but sometimes I have a hard time separating them, especially this year

Ornament Premiere is this weekend :) I picked up a Powder one today. Seems to be made from the same rubber/plastic as the previous years'. However, I was sad to see mine has a really weird back leg :( It's like it was cut off and then glued back on at an angle. What the heck Hallmark? I am going to go back and return it for another, I hope they aren't all like that. I looked at the display one in the store but not all that close to notice if she had the same defect or not :confused: I hope it's just a one-off and I can return it for another, for 16.00 I expect a non-wonky leg! Otherwise she's rather pretty though her symbols are larger and more stylized than the original pony. If you guys go out for one, unwrap and inspect her first!

That is bad!! I cannot wait! I'm getting so excited. Dropping way too much money tomorrow but it's my thing. I bet that one is a fluke and they will not all be like that
 
Yeah. I saw those and my husband said I needed them cause I get caught doing that a lot during the holidays. Just staring at the trees. :lolpony:
 
Eeeee!!! She’s so pretty, even with her wonky donkey leg. But yeah I’m curious how that got past quality control. I’ve noticed that over the last few years the quality has gone down on a lot of the licensed ornaments. I used to buy all my Disney ones from Hallmark. Now I just buy the Sketchbook collection from the Disney Store/Shop Disney. The Chip and Dale one at Hallmark this year is super adorable though.
 
Someone posted one on Facebook and her leg was fine. You somehow won the oddball of the lot. If I had the moolah I would so that odd powder!

Not a fluke,, they all have a wonky leg :sadpump: I think it is where the tail curls and made the design weird

Yeah, I called my Hallmark this morning cause I actually had 2 ornaments I wanted to exchange so I wanted them to hold them in case they sold out before I get there (my HP sorting hat was making a loud clicking noise and my Powder's wonky leg) the lady working there said the display had the funny leg too so I guess they're all like that :( BOO! Not sure about the one you saw on FB @Tak but I'm gonna keep my eye out, sadly I think that's it though.

I missed out on AJ too but because our Hallmarks were closed due to Covid. I don’t think they ever got any holiday stuff in last year. :(

That’s sad confirmation but she’s still pretty. Will have to go on the tree strategically placed.
