Leave the twinkle eye bow it is, it’s great for Halloween lol
Guest, The MLPTP's Fundraiser and Prize Giveaway will be returning on June 1st! Check out this thread for all the latest news!
I’ve got something different I’m doing for Halloween.Leave the twinkle eye bow it is, it’s great for Halloween lol
She is 100% custom painted, her colour is actually a lavender not pink. The camera/lighting didn’t photograph right.I love your commission work. I'm not a pink person but that pink on pink is gorgeous. Did you paint her or dye her?
I did. I’ve since made three more but not yet got a mold I’m happy with for the top part of the stands. So it’s still a work in progress. You cast/moulded the Fairytale Bird stand? Wooow!
Ha ha!! I thought I should do a warning just for you guys. ;pAbsolutely gorgeous, as usual. I'm not showing E that heart throb. Love the hair.
Ha ha, I mean, since I’m not working I’ve had a lot of time to take on projects. You might find me taking you up on that offer at some point. LOL!I am always super impressed by everything you do!!! I'm just gonna send you my list of craft projects that have been sitting for the past 10 years LOL
Thank you! She’s definitely one of my favourite works to date. She took a lot of research and time to get the colours right. Definitely a great learning curve pony.that colombian bowtie is STUNNING!! as always skybreeze I am in love with everything you make!
Your cuddle ponies were what made me really dive deep and get more into pony customs.I love your customes
I love seeing your work!I have been stuck in a vicious cycle of artist block for the better part of the last month.
So, today I thought I would prep a bunch of ponies for some customs I’ve been “working” on and wanting to work on for some time now. I thought I would share with you all some of the things we don’t see often.
To start, disassembled G4 Fashion sized Seaponies (the ones with the beautiful sparkle eyes).

Then if anyone is interested in the eyes themselves:

The eyes were a lot easier to get out of the ponies than I thought they’d be. Getting the backers off of Rainbow’s eyes not so easy. The glitter was easy enough to get off, it was literally like glitter mixed with school glue so it peeled off fairly easy much to my relief.
New eye colour (not completely dry yet so still a little dull):

Then a newborn baby brother I am working on:

Lastly a FTB who had her wings chewed will be getting a complete up do:

I also have about six other ponies who are having a soak in Oxiclean for the night. And three partial projects I had started and never finished.
I can't wait to see you pull off a newborn baby brother!!!! That's way up on my list of ideas for a custom but I am so not crafty!! Glad to see you breaking your artist block.I have been stuck in a vicious cycle of artist block for the better part of the last month.

I wish my block was breaking! Fortunately prepping a pony takes no “art” skill just persistence. But thank you!I can't wait to see you pull off a newborn baby brother!!!! That's way up on my list of ideas for a custom but I am so not crafty!! Glad to see you breaking your artist block.
It is indeed apoxie sculpt.Ooh— a newborn baby brother who is also a pegasus? Loving that combination. And the feathering looks lovely, is it apoxie sculpt?
