I heard tell of this, and I must know more! What is it, do I need it, what do I do with it, what's in it, is there a particular one I should seek? As a collector of spices and adventurous cook/baker I am intrigued and while I could Google more I value first account information most!

Now you have my curiosity up as well!

*waits for enlightenment*

Every time I think I've got every spice that could possibly exist I come across something new. I did recently pick up a new blend called "Soul Food" seasoning. Looking forward to doing something with that :stir: perhaps a sprinkle in a bowl of pimento cheese grits, topped with fried chicken... these are the things I lie awake at night thinking about :lolpony:

I don’t know what chicken salt is, but in my house, adobo basically rules over the spices lol, my boyfriend cooks and he is Puerto Rican and that is their holy seasoning

Sounds similar to what they put on seasoned fries in the US. I think the big deference is the inclusion of chicken stock.

Personally I really love cooking with Tajin Seasoning and Ponzu sauce when I can find it. Just love having that citrus kick lol

@Gingerbread it's basically the same thing as the chicken adobo spice but used on French fries and other fried foods. If you need some we might still have some in our spice cupboard, not sure if my Dad has gone through the 4 dozen he brought back from his last trip to Sydney.
