I received this beautiful Confetti from Darklys and decided she'd be perfect to celebrate the restoration forums!

She's in pretty sad state. Her hair has been cut and it seems someone had tried to scratch out the plug holes. Her tail's been severely cut as well and needs to be replaced.
Age stains all over her body. And pink Highlighter spots in some areas. She's brown!
I am excited to restore her! She's going to be fun!

I tried oxyclean soak and scrubbing with magic eraser, those stains did not budge (I know, glitter symbols and oxyclean do not mix, but I am prepared to repaint. Surprisingly it survived the soak!)

Presently she's in the light box, soaking in liquid peroxide and has been in since November 24th. I will share updated pics tonight of how she looks after spending time in the light box.

Wow, those scratch marks :( Don't think its... mouse or rat teeth maybe?

 Magic!!! Shes so pretttyy. I REALLY need to try this on my poor Surprise that was covered in wood stain. Shes covered in poopy looking spots lol nothing would get it off. As always, @DracoKat you do an amazing job :happyhearts:

it doesn't hurt to try! I'd like to see what Surprise looks like now and after you work your magic :D

And thanks for the compliments!

Taking a closer look at Confetti's mane, i think she would need a full re-hair. it appears to be trimmed all the way down.

Question is.. give her an alternate rehair, or keep to true colors. Hmmm..

She's lovely.
But her hair and head still need help, and you've already spent so long on her.
She's lucky to have you.

Also, I think an alternate rehair would be lovely. But all of your work is lovely.

I think an alternate re-hair is a good choice because she has been through a lot. It will be good for her!! She looks amazing by the way!!

She’s far from done.

Alternate rehair it is! I will see what colors I have already.

She looks amazing! I have a Confetti I am working on too. She wasn't in nearly that rough of shape, but I did despair of ever getting the pink highlighter off. However, I have ordered some peroxide creme and I'm going to make a light box. I hope to perform similar witchcraft. Lol!

::claps along::
Alter-nate re-hair!

I love my lightbox, it does amazing things! I want to see your progress too!

That transformation is just astonishing! I almost wouldn't believe you that it's the same pony without the mane and those scratch marks! I can't wait to see the next steps, she's got to be feeling so much better already.
