I looked for this intro thread after posting elsewhere, my apologies!
I've been a collector since 1984. Actually I used to use these boards about twenty years ago! But I stopped posting around when I went to college in 2006, and I think that was when the site started requiring an account, so my account is from like last year. I'm into all generations of ponies and am working on a pony persona/avatar that will also be named "Luminary."
