Hi!! I've been working on a hypothetical G2 reboot lately, inspired by a lot of modern fashion dolls! I'd love to make my way through every G2 pony eventually, but for now I've drawn the first wave of Secret Surprise Friends!

Berry Bright is a weee bit Strawberry Shortcake, Clever Clover is just as flashy as the rest, unicorn Morning Glory is levitating a ribbon, cuz she came with rainbow ribbons- I love it. Very professional! I really love Clever Clover!

I love that girl in the bottom row on the right! Who is she? There aren’t any Pegasuses in g2 so I can’t think who she is but her wings are amazing

That's Sky Skimmer! I decided to turn some ponies into pegasi/unicorns since I noticed G2 doesn't have many of either, I also changed Morning Glory into a unicorn!

So I have a dilemma! I'm currently working on the remaining '97 ponies, and while I have designs for Ivy and Sundance/Sunsparkle, I have absolutely no clue what to do for Light Heart. I usually work off of their accessories and their bios, but the only info about Light Heart is she's a joker.

The only thing I can see for ideas right now is the artwork of her with a hula hoop but I have no idea what kind of fashion style to use! If anyone has some suggestions I would be very grateful.

Please take this early look at Ivy as a thank you for your help in advance!

These designs are absolutely amazing. I love the colours so much.

What about a heart shaped hulahoop? That way it references her symbol too? I don’t know why I can imagine her on roller skates too. Or maybe one of those basketball jackets?

Ooooo you could also draw inspo from Light Heart's canopy bed playset! Since our bedrooms often represent our personalities to a degree.

Well the quintisential girl clown is Columbine, the consort of Harlequin - from the ancient Venetian comedies. Patches and piebald, any colours you like. Also I like how you included a touch of green for Ivy.
