I have a flat foot blue belle with two metal washers

No. The FF ponies have two washers to counter weigh them as they frequently fall forward because they’re to weighted properly. :) (Also why some Sea Ponies will have more than one weight in the as well.)
 
yep :-) was just going to point out you have an original oldie / first run flat footer congrats!
