I'm glad you liked it! The rehair is super rough (my first attempt), but I tried!
Lynnix and the four cats kept investigating, and I thought I would never finish her.

As I said in the card, Wigwam is not swap-worthy, but hopefully he can be of use til something else comes along. He is just wrapped cause Gwenn was having fun with wrapping paper, lol. (Gwenn wraps and packages all of my swaps because they enjoy doing it.)

Thanks! The silver turns light purple in UV. I didn't style or trim forelock cause I was not confident. Overall, I give the attempt a C-.
Probably shouldn't have tried to learn on a gift, but the stuff has been in my house for months and only JadeCade's info saying they liked rehairs could spur me into action.

@darklys Your first rehair turned out better than mine! I never even finished mine despite 2+ years to try, so yeah, an F for me. And I forgot you said the hair was UV! Darn, the sun’s already set today but I’ll have to take her outside tomorrow.

It’s too bad the seller wasn’t honest about WigWam’s stickiness because he otherwise looks so nice but I have a display box for him so he doesn’t infect the others. I love him anyway!

And Gwenn did a fantastic job wrapping the ponies. I may need to borrow them for the next swap! Lol

(PS: holy buckets did you spoil me with that SoChatti chocolate! I’ve tried two already. Sooo yummy! )

I was also visited by the gifter that flaps in the night @darklys (I dunno why my brain associates your username with Darkwing Duck, it's weird in there LOL) and I got all the goodies!

Lemme just start by saying, it's been some LONG weeks for me at work and it probably isn't going to get much better anytime soon. It was stressing me out so bad last week I had constant stomach aches I reminded myself I am only 1 person, I can only do so much and I have to ease up. So I've been making an extra effort to not think about that place a single second when I'm not there. It's one thing to stress me out for 10 hours a day but I can't carry it home with me an dwell on it there too, I don't like the place enough! LOL I've been doing pretty good, every time I catch myself starting to think or worry about something work related I go *stop! NO think about something else!* it's helping a little but today was another nonstop exhausting day and I knew this evening I had to bake a birthday cake.

I can hear you guys going; Gingerbread, where are you going with all this LOL

Well, I can promise you there is a difference between angry baked goods and happy baked goods! I can always tell when I cooked something and wasn't happy about it LOL I don't know if other people can tell but I sure can! It just isn't as good or as pretty! So on the ride home I especially tried to get myself in the proper headspace for the evenings task. But when I got home I saw a BIG box decorated with flowers waiting for me and I thought, oh, I bet I know what that is so I made myself wait until after dinner to open it (cause I'm usually even happier after eating too LOL) and I opened my goodie box!

Look at this cute wrap and bags! These bunny bags are precious, I'm saving them and the little clips too and I thought the cornflower wrap was so pretty! All of it was very festive



It actually took me a while to open everything cause there were so many surprises and I like to savor each one, I'm a slow gift opener LOL



First thing I opened was this cute bunny dishcloth, at least that's what my kitchen-centric brain thinks it is. But not a dishcloth you use, a dishcloth that is purposely arranged cutely by the sink, testing my husband who will wonder if it's something he'll get fussed at if he uses it Did you make it? Or engage the services of one of our crafty knitters?!? It's so soft and then some cute little chickies, they made me laugh, they will be perfect arranged with my Easter/spring ponies, they can be friends and some Easter Charming Tails! These are SO precious! I just love these and I was feeling kinda bummed cause I didn't put any Easter decorations out this year. With our house still being a mess and waiting on new floors, and I'm not having all the family over for the first time in like, forever, it just doesn't feel very Easter-y but now I have some things to make me feel more festive without the effort of digging out my bins! Lastly, some really pretty earrings! I love these, they're perfect to wear anytime and will go with anything. I know I will wear them often and will think of you and of course candy, candy, candy!! Enough yummy treats to last me... probably not as long as they should

On to the pony goods cause I know that's what you really wanna see Darklys can be my Easter bunny any day!



Look at these puzzles!! I never really knew what to expect with the 3-D one, it's actually 2, a flat traditional puzzle and then like half the pieces also come together to do the stand up. I'm super intrigued! I'm going to save that for this weekend and let myself have some relaxing pony fun time Sunday and put it together. I will report back! Board puzzles and a cube puzzle Then we have MO Napper *swoons*, UK Megan in her cute outfit!, baby sister Sweet Celebrations (so appropriate since I'm a sister making that B-day cake tonight for my lil'bro), Snow'el (which made me laugh, I love a winter pony anytime of year! But especially today, it was a hot day, hottest this week at 87 AND for the first half of the day work had no AC ), Princess baby buggy and then accessories to make my little list marking heart happy! It's ridiculous how satisfying I find marking things off that accessory list I never expect ponies with the few left on my list so I'm flattered whenever someone manages to snag one!



another thing I didn't expect was kitty treats I don't have any pets I'm thinking maybe was supposed to go in another box but I am pet sitting this weekend for my friend who has 5 cats, among many other creatures so I'm going to bring them an Easter surprise from you LOL


Needless to say, I was a happy baker and it's all cause of you and cakes are cooling on the counter!

* and I don't know if it's necessary to say but for the sake of being diplomatic, some of my pony gifts were RAOPK Darklys had previously offered to send me. She's a right proper spoiler but I wanted to mention it just in case.

The kitty treats were for JadeCade, lol. Whoooops.
Gwenn is my packing helper, and I must not have been clear. So glad they were able to foresee the pet sitting, lol.
Gwenn also made the bunny cloth. There is a cuter one here waiting for you (Gwenn was working on the pattern), but they didn't have it done in time. C'est la vie.
The mizzing puzzle piece is here too. Stupid cats. >.<

I am glad that they rejuvenated you for birthday cake time. (I got a kick out of sending the winter pony too, loll)

OK, so, for my second awesome swap package, I have less pictures, but there's a very good reason for that.
Sassy spoiled Lynnix (thank you so much), and Lynnix is a fierce baby, haha.

It was a grass explosion (and my magpie brain loved it, but I was frantic about trying to make sure my cats didn't get any, cause they wanted it):

So, I'll break down these goodies

Another Sunspot (the army grows!), and a MIB Star Shimmer (I am getting so close to finishing my G3 collection, y'all)
Also, a blueberry candle that smells so gooooood. I could smell it through the box. I picked the box up off the porch and was just snifffffinfg it.
There's also a new bag. It's a bit big to be a 'purse' in the way I like to 'purse' (which is limited), but it's gonna be excellent for trips to the park or the Y, and it will hold everything I (Lynnix) might need.
There's also some earrings that are super cute. I'll be debuting those at the Gymboree party tomorrow. Stay tuned.
Lastly, some adorable pin-badges for my new bag and a really cool sticker destined for my laptop.

Now, that's a lot, for sure. BUT!

Sassy also got Lynnix a Bluey puzzle and a squishy chick and a bath activity set (which we have already used TWICE - we had to have TWO baths yesterday). Lynnix loves the Bluey puzzle so much, and went "ooooh, ahhhh, a baby" when opening the chick. As I already mentioned the two baths, I think you know they loves that gift as well (there is a little paint palette and paint brush in it, and they've been 'painting' all their bath toys.)

Sassy got Gwenn a beach Hello Kitty and some stickers, too.

We haven't used the ladybug clings yet, but I think we will tomorrow. Thank you so much, Sassy.

Yay! I’m so happy everything was loved!

The candle and earring was from my local farmers market! I made sure to get a “food” candle, it was the best smelling one. And I made sure the earrings were nickel free, we’re kinda friends with the guy that runs that booth, and he said yes

I know the bag is too big, but I tried, I wanted to get you one so bad but I couldn’t like, find one that I thought was perfect lol. But then I found that one last minute and I loved it and got myself one too! Lol

I seen the fairy and had to get her for you. She’s super cute.

I find it hard to believe the bunny cloth could get cuter!?! I'm already super impressed by what anyone can essentially do with a string! Say a big thank you to them from me I love it! And yes, we'll call the kitty treats impressive premonition
