Yay! Tell him I understand completely! Glad everyone liked it! It’s funny you say you couldn’t find the mini pepperoni. That’s all I can find anymore. My mom used to use the sticks and dice them and you can’t find them around here anymore.Final Verdict: Its GONE!
My family LOVED IT! My boyfriend had to stop himself cause he said he would eat the whole pot lol!
Thank You @JadeCade

Anything is welcome!Looks yummy!
The only soup recipe I have is my microwave potato soup recipe, it’s pretty good but idk if it counts as cooking if you don’t use a pan lol
Weight Watchers Hash Brown Potato Soup
: (1 point per serving)
: 1 bag of Ore Ida Hash Browns (shredded, or cubed)
: 1/2 chopped onion
: 2 quarts FF chicken broth
: 1 package Fat Free Pioneer cream gravy mix (whisked in 1/2 cup of water to remove lumps)
Recipe
: Place first 3 ingredients into large pot and simmer for 30 minutes.
: Add gravy mix and stir. Simmer 15 minutes.
: Or, you can put all the ingredients in a crock pot on high for 3-4 hours.
Well alright here you go then, it’s good for when you want something warm but don’t wanna wait for it to cook lolAnything is welcome!
Potato soup is one of my faves!
I just made this!Well alright here you go then, it’s good for when you want something warm but don’t wanna wait for it to cook lol
10 Minute Microwave Potato Soup
-Chop half a cup of potatoes into bite size pieces.
-Pour a cup and a half of water into a microwave safe dish and add the potatoes.
-Microwave for 4 minutes, stir halfway through.
-Drain any water left in the container.
-Stir in one tablespoon of scallions, half a cup of milk and as much bacon bits as you like.
-Microwave for 2 minutes.
-Add half a cup of shredded cheese and stir to melt it.
-Add 1/4 cup of cornstarch and mix again.
-Microwave for 1 minute and stir.
-If the soup hasn’t thickened add another tablespoon of cornstarch, stir and microwave for 30 seconds until it does.
-Top with scallions, bacon bits and pepper.
Oh well I’m glad you liked it! My brother always says it’s weird cause I make it in the microwave haha.I just made this!
But I added garlic powder and onion powder and some butter. I didn’t have bacon or scallions, so I made due.
I also made it too thick I think lol
Here is a pic, it’s not pretty lol but it tastes good!

Nice! And it looks extra cheesy
once i actually get paid and dont have to buy presents, im going to do yours next!We made the hash brown potato soup the other day so I wanted to update with the version I ended up using.
Some additional notes:
- The recipe I remember called for the Ore-ida Potatoes O’Brien 28 oz, which is apparently hard to find. I ended up using the Great Value Southern Style O'Brien Hash Browns with Onions & Peppers, 28 oz. (Though I coulda swore I bought 2 12oz bags but they don't seem to exist on the WM website???)
- If you can't find the ones with onions and peppers you could add a whole diced onion/pepper and it'd be about the same.
- Definitely need to saute the extra onion first my family was not a fan that I dumped everything in together lol.
- One recipe called for 2 quarts (64 oz) Chicken Broth and another 2 Cans (29 oz?). I split the difference ended up using the 48 oz carton and it was more than enough, especially if you like a thicker soup.
- I didn't use Fat Free anything just cause ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
- I added garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Though you may want to go easy on the pepper since the gravy mix is pretty peppery already.
- I think the gravy mix would have been better if I'd whisked it with milk or heavy cream so I'm going to do that next time.
- The 30 + 15 min is about how long mine took. Idk why the first one says 10 mins
- This makes enough for 7-8 people (depending on how generous your "cups" are). It makes excellent leftovers!
- My BIL who hates my cooking ate 2 bowls so that's a win for me XD
