Hi, I was wondering if anyone has ever been to the UK Ponycon, and whether or not anyone else is planning to go this year. I'm planning to go with my mom. My original plan was PonyCon Holland, but we couldn't find transportation at a reasonable price, so it's gonna have to be UK.

Does anyone want to maybe meet up? I'd love to get to know some people from here.

No pressure, I just wanted to ask, because I don't really have any MLP fan friends in real life.

I saw a post and they have a cute little newbie area and quiet space. You can do ice breakers with people etc. It's called Britannia Buddies

That sounds amazing! I saw the 2022 schedule, and there was a pub quiz on there, I'm wondering if there's going to be one this year. Maybe if it's a team thing we could do it together. I love pub quizzes, but I'll only have my mom with me, and neither does she speak English, nor does she love MLP. She's supportive of this little hobby of mine, but she's mainly coming along because she doesn't want me to travel internationally alone.

You all will have a blast! I went to PFF last year and met so many people. I really enjoyed meeting some friends from here. It's great to be surrounded by like minded people. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
