So I know I've mentioned my big trip, and it's technically only a quarter of the way done ^^; but this thread inspired me, so I brought a few ponies along my 17-hour drive (from Philly to Minnesota) and took pictures whenever I stopped at gas stations not the most scenic places in the world, but I'm sure I'll get more throughout the next week!

Didn't get my Pittsburgh stop, so my first pony pic is Ohio!


Next was Illinois - Indiana isn't very wide it seems, I drove right through it without stopping. I almost forgot the pic, so this is actually a diner like 5min from the gas station lol


Next was Wisconsin for the last stretch!


Then I arrived at my friend's! Took this while waiting nearby for her.


Time to get some sleep now, I have to do almost the entire drive again tomorrow to get to my friend in Pittsburgh who's the one getting married

EDIT so I don't double-post:
I flew to Arizona for a combined work trip/meeting a friend and brought my travel ponies again! Here they are hanging out with a cactus before my flight I also hugged this cactus (gently)

Love the gas station pictures! I recently moved across the country (Virginia to California) and took a picture of one of my dolls looking out the window of every hotel we stayed in, it's a fun way to document your journey!

I was traveling for work the first week of the month, and did some thrift store shopping. I found this little critter. I meant to post her here, but trying to do everything from my phone I don't really know whether it worked - if it did, I can't find the thread. She was native to Seattle, but now resides near Pittsburgh, and that's quite a distance, so even though she didn't quite leave her country, she is still well traveled!

Oh, yikes! Maybe the safety harness is actually a good idea just in case haha, could even make it a little fun project and decorate it for your pony maybe. Edit: Ah, there was another page, I didn't realize o: I look forward to seeing it if you get another chance! c:
