We havn't had too many game threads lately, so I thought I'd start one, just for fun. ^_^
Here's the challenge, Name a G3 that does not have anywhere in their symbol A) A flower B) a butterfly C) hearts or D) ribbons or bows.
You may not use jewel ponies unless their jewel is part of a symbol that actually has meaning. For example PeriWinkle can't be used because her jewel is just set in a pattern of swirls, Wondermint may be used, however, because her jewel is set in a picture of mint leaves.
Look closely! If any of the taboo items are -anywhere- in their symbol a pony can not be named!
Please only name one pony per post (But you may post more than once) so others can have a chance to contribute without the first person naming 50 of them in one post. ^_^ Look back at who has already been named so we avoid repeats.
Banned items:
Flowers
Hearts
Butterflies
Ribbons or bows
NEW RULE: Now no symbols with stars can be named either!
NEW RULE: No symbols with snowflakes may be named
NEW RULE: No symbols with rainbows may be named
NEW RULE: No symbols with sun(s) may be named
NO NEW RULES after these!
EDIT: Last person who can still name a G3 with all the disqualifiers in place who has not been previously named wins a MIP (package slightly damaged) G3 Wondermint from my tradebox
EDIT: The person who names the most ponies without being disqualified will now also win a prize! (I havn't decided what yet ^_~)
And to clarify some frequently asked questions
YES it -does- count when they have small flowers/hearts/whatever in the big symbol. So for example Butterscotch is not qualified to be named because she has a bow tied around her candy sticks, and Silver Lining is not eligible because she has small stars at the top of her symbol. Look carefully at your symbols! That's part of what makes it hard.
NO we're not starting over. So everytime a new rule is named, you can't go back and name a previously named ponies that also fit the new rule too. You have to continue on from where we are.
Sparkles do not count as stars. Only truly, five pointed stars are disqualified.
Starfish do not count as stars. It must -clearly- be a starfish though.
A pony may have a rainbow colors in their symbol, just not a rainbow.
Fruits and leaves and other plants without blossoms on them do not count as flowers, so if a pony has a fruit symbol with no flowers in it, it's fine.
Baby ponies are fine, as are the project ponies (Already named) and breezies (if there are any without flowers) or anything pony shaped. What is not fine is to call Pinkie Pie II a different pony than Pinkie Pie I or Pinkie Pie III. She can only be named once, as can any of the others with multiple releases. LSPP can also not be named as a seperate pony, even though her symbol is a little different.
IF at any point someone names a pony that is disqualified, or does not follow any of the other rules (naming more than one pony per post, naming a pony that's already been named, or naming a jewel pony who's jewel is not part of some larger symbol) they are disqualified from winning the prize!
New view on the prizes: Since so many people worked pretty hard to find those ponies with unique symbols, I've decided to relent a little on my "if you break the rules, or named a banned item you're disqualified from winning the prize" Plus those who have already been disqualified may now feel no reason to continue playing, and we'll need all the help we can get naming those last few ponies! You may now have one free "mess up" slot. If you broke the rules or named a banned pony, you may still qualify for the prize, but only if it was one or less times.
