Help with IDing a tiny G3 pony

I am not extremely good with G3s, but I found a little one at the thrift store the other day (yay!). I was wondering if anyone could tell me who she is, and maybe if she is worth anything?

She is tiny (smaller than a baby pony), I think maybe it's called the Ponyville line? She's white with pink hair and three blue flowers for a symbol.

a picture would help, but from your description a PV might be a good diagnosis-is she smaller than a McD pony? Does she sit/stand upon a base?

Sounds like Blossomforth...

She is a small Blossomforth, thanks Starwitch. She has a hole in one foot like she was made to stand on a base.
