Unlikely friends

What 2 ponies do you think would make an odd pair of friends? For instance, Firefly and Medley would not qualify in my opinion since they flew together in one of the cartoons. And in my herd, Galaxy and Fizzy have always been best friends. So here goes my choice of unlikely friends...

Tuneful and Posey

Tuneful is all neon and wants to rock and roll, and Posey is soft and pastel and enjoys the quiet of her garden.

Ok, I want to hear more unlikely pairs. :)
 
Salty and Woosie

Salty likes to hang out on his boat all the time and Woosie... Well I'm guessing she would get sea sick really easily. :lol:
 
I don't think Shady and Applejack could ever be close friends.

Shady is so confident and hot, and is always busy with her poolside-laying and boombox-playing, while Applejack is way more down-to-Earth and would rather take a nice walk around her orchard, perhaps chit-chatting with ladybugs and taking care not to knock over that huge, brown mushroom.

Love this idea for a thread, by the way!
 
Speedy and Bubbles

Speedy is always on the go, and all Bubbles wants to do is sit :wink:

...hey, I know people who are married that do that (much more than "just friends" surely! : 0-P )!
Although on second thought perhaps that's not really the best comparison... lol o.o;;

Truly and anyone.. *cough* ohwait I mean, uh, Truly and miss quiet Posey. >.> (Although I suppose she'd make a great listener to that voice, hah.)
Applejack and Salty for that matter. I think he'd just confuse 'jack (not that he doesn't seem to do that for a few of his friends anyway...)
 
Tex and Hip Hop (or Jazzie or RS Melody) , nothing more a country boy dislikes than some rollerskating, headphone listening, neon, city slicker. ^_^
 
Heh Heh. Fizzy and Majesty.

Majesty's all graceful and demure because she's the ruler and then along comes good-natured, albiet clumsy, Fizzy. Can you imagine if Fizzy was her secretary or something? Fizzy would drive Majesty to the nearest Ponyland bar. ;)

Pillow Talk and Surprise

Pillow Talk's always ready for bed and speaks with a whisper, and Surprise doesn't seem to need sleep, she's always bouncing off the walls having fun and scaring her friends.
 
... and at long last the red-eyed insomniac Pillow Talk cracks, and jumps Surprise one night in her own bed clutching a knife and cackling madly... O.O Yeah. Bad match that, indeed. X 0-)

*got Fizzy in the personality test, too, hah* And it fits! And I've never been a Majesty fan and can't really quite figure why, especially since I just realized she's got my favorite Hasbro color combo with her blue hair and white body o.o;; ...but thanks to SoccerChicka, suddenly the mystery has been solved! X 0-)

Lol Bryndel. I was like "Aws, Fizzy! I'm not stupid! T_T" I can be a bit scatterbrained at times, but Fizzy...she just takes it to the next level. XD Fizzy's lucky that Gusty likes her though, I have a feeling that you wouldn't want to be enemies with tomboy Gusty....

It's funny. When I took that test a few years ago I was Lickity-Split. Go figure.
 
Goldilocks and Cuddles. The bear just won't like her.

How about BowTie and Baby Snippy? That could be very bad!! Poor Bow Tie! Kids.
 
Barnacle and Princess Tiffany. She moans something rotten after chipping her nail varnish so i doubt she'd do too well on a boat lol.
