Venezuelan Cherries Jubilee

this is soo much better than the normal one. I always couldn't handle her colors. yellow ponies FTW

Thanks everyone! :D

CC, if I ever need to sell her, you will be the first to know, I promise!

As far as other Venezuelan ponies, the same seller (who I must say was EXCELLENT. very friendly, great communication, ect.) listed a group of 3 unfinished ponies the week before. There was one green Firefly & two Blossoms in shades of green & blue (or greenish-blue). All three had symbols, but no hair or plug holes where hair ever was. They also had squeakers in their butts (haha!!), which the seller suspected to be "after market". One of the Blossoms was a regular concave foot mold, the other was a Mexican Auriken flat foot mold.

There are several mystery "No Country" ponies that have popped up over the years which resemble this CJ. These are likely to be Venezuelan based on eye paint, plastic appearance, hair quality, and the fact that they are in the correct pose with correct symbols, but not the correct colors. Off the top of my head I can think of:

Medley - yellow body, dark pink hair - same colors as my CJ
Medley pose (not sure of symbol) - red body, white hair
Cotton Candy - peach-orange body, blue hair (this one was owned by potatomonkeys & I think she sold her within the last year. It was speculated that she was from Argentina, then Colombia, but I think her characteristics match Venezuela more than Colombia)
Lickety Split - dark blue/green body, pink(?) hair (this one was on ebay in the winter... maybe January? There was a big buzz about her. She was suspected to be from Chile at the time)
Lickety Split - in Posey's colors (owned by someone at the Arena)
Lickety Split - white body, dark pink with yellow stripe hair (owned by someone at the Arena)
...that's all I can think of right now, but there could possibly be others.

:) this must be how botanists and zoologists feel when they discover a new species.:)

WOW! I feel so amazed!

I must take my next vacation in South America, scouting all the variants!

I really don't know what to say, I'm so stoked. Thank you so much for sharing her with us!
