Who collects G2's?

I personally prefer the G1's, was never really happy with the faces on the G2's, but I know there are some of you out there? I dont know anything about them, so who's your favortes? got picts?

Mostly G1's but i do have a bunch of G2's as well. I think they are cute in their own way :)

Don't know their names too well unfortunatly.
 
I collect G2s, kind of. I don't have that many. They were part of my herd when I was a kid, so I like them.
I'll get some pictures of them later this weekend!
 
Maybe someone who collects G2s would be willing to take two G2`s that I have that need a home.
 
I collect them, when I can. It seems like so much of my pony funds go into g3s now, I don't have a lot to spend on G1 and 2, but I do collect all gens.

I collect MOC G2's. I think I'm one of the very few people that love G1's and G2's, but not really the G3 line. My favorites are definitely the twin sets though. I never have access to a digital camera, but my favorites in my collection are Giggles and Wiggles, Sweet Snowflake, and strangely, Clever Clover.

i've got a couple (well....more than a couple!) I love Silver rain. I love any of the Blue ponies, they are just a wonderful shade of BLue. My grail of all pony items is MOC Click and Nosey, the twins with the cameras. I've got Study and Play MOC, and just need those two to finish my set.

Wednesday afternoon bride is gorgous to, but looks better in package. The dres up ponies have astounding colours, and look beter out of package!

I also collect G2s. Unfortunately I am getting to the point now where they are really hard to find. I think my favorite items are Rose and Lily which are play area twins. They come with a seesaw and are really cute. But I also have the twins that come with the sailboat and I like them alot too! My favs are definately the twins but I also like the adults like the Unis. They kind of grow on you after awhile!

I collect all generations, although the G1s will always be my favorite as I grew up with them. :)

I'm probably one of the few collectors that like the G2s and G3s about the same.

I do feel that G2's are underrated not to mention there are not enough posts about them! From what I've seen there is only one G2 post to every 30 sum G1 and G3 posts. Poor unloved G2s :cry:

By the way my favorite G2 is Ivy. I love her colors, not to mention all her different releases. I have the Ivy family, Magic Motion Ivy is the daddy, Pretty Parlor Ivy is the mommy and Sunny Garden Friend, McDonald's and key-chain Ivy's are their kids. :wink:
 
G2s rock my world! :D I have quite a few in my collection, but for some reason, their names are very hard for me to remember! I love Tipsy Tulip, Jolly, and there is one whose name I cannot recall at this braindead moment. She's white with a red lace-like heart as her symbol. She has a stupid name, but she's SO pretty!

My ultimate grail is the Wednesday Afternoon Bride.
 
Wow, there are alot more G2 collectors out here then i thought! Their faces have put me off, but im getting used to them...

There was an auction on eBay a few months ago - Woosie has one as well, and last I checked, no one knew who won the third. I know, my name's not Jewel, but...I figured I'd answer anyway ^^;;

And yeah. Jewel. WOW. Those walls of MOC G2's/MIB G3's are just......whoa. And all those G1's...oh man. I'm just in awe *_*

I personally am put off by the G2's, I think they look a little weird...but I think the twins are kinda cute :D
 
It is amazing how they used to be a dime a dozen, and now some are so hard to find and expensive.
 
I'm totally in love with the G2's. Granted, I only have seven of them so far, but I'm after more ;) Princess Golden Light is definitely my favorite, but I also love Ivy with all my heart :3
