edit: CONDUCTING A PRICE CHECK FOR SALES!

When they released the World's Smallest MLP line with Super Impulse, a curious omission was made by the designers-- instead of the full set of Collector ponies, Minty was released with a de-winged Firefly. Perhaps it's Blossom's inconsistent colors in rereleases, or a desire for a different range of colors. But I wasn't going to leave well enough alone! With hooves for scale, I give you: Mini-Blossom!

Her symbol isn't 100% accurate, but I'm a little impatient, and I don't think I have the brush skills to make all of those tiny flowers. So I went for more of a Baby Blossom cutie mark. But that's not all-- I'd like to start selling these beauties, so I actually made a couple!

They're great scale props for other toys, as my doll customs Lulu (above) and Dollianna (below) are showing off in these photos. I have always found toys playing with toys amusing.

Would you buy a teeny pony in the Collector pose? And more broadly, what do you think?

I would consider a blossom for my army. The reason I didn’t get any was because they didn’t make her.

Great work! I love her!

Bravo! No one puts Blossom in a corner! I don't collect them so to be completely honest I didn't even notice they replaced poor Blossom but I'm glad heros like you are out there making it right! You did a great job on it and if I did have the set I would totally need her.

They look awesome! How did you do that? They look so good! I was considering making some of the world’s smallest pony customs. I don’t know how you did the hair but it looks great!

So wee and sweet! A marvellous job!

I've started making more! Completing a pair of Blossoms takes about a full day, so I'm trying to figure out what a fair price is. I purchased my set of World's Smallest for $10, and had to go through a few multi-day trials to make the perfect mold. I had to do practice runs for a good few months before I started making ponies I was content with. I want to set a price that balances the labor hours with what people want to pay, so the current estimate is $15. Please do give feedback!

Thank you! The ponies themselves are UV resin cured in custom molds I made from the World's Smallest toys. I have one mold for each half of the pony-- it's split down the middle, and I attach the halves with more resin and then smooth out the imperfections with a sanding file and a craft knife.
The hair was pretty simple, actually: I just made small wefts with a bit of glue. Once the wefts were dry, I would use a little bit of glue to attach then to the inside of one inside half of the pony. Then I'd join the halves with resin.

This is the weft that I used for the tail. I'm planning to make a tutorial post for rehairing existing WS ponies, but I've misplaced my WS Minty, and need to find her for photos. Also need to find her because I love her. Things get misplaced when you come home from a trip, y'know?
