Oooh I just found out that my local thrift store is holding a g3 pony plush for me! I can’t pick her up till Wednesday but I’m excited The nice lady there knows I buy ponys whenever they have them so she put it aside

I’ve got new ponys! Goodwill had all these girls and boy! today. He isn’t in the best shape and he’s filthy, but look at this Steamer The fluffy hooves ^_^

And then there’s Party Time, one of the princesses but I’m not sure which one yet and a pretty g3 Rarity with a 3D cutie mark (the bag also had a few combs and lps accessories)

All for $12, my goodwill has some really good prices

I was actually trying to find out if the lei is a pony accessory cause i tried to take it off for cleaning and it’s stuck on there XD it looks good on him though. At least all the damage is on his non display side and he cleaned up nice

Thank you! I had to get them even though I wasn’t supposed to be buying any ponys for a while haha.
I never managed to get any of the 3D symbol ones when they were new so it was pretty cool to find her

I hadn’t gotten around to taking pics of my last 3 goodwill visits till today so it’s gonna be a lot of pictures lol But there are some really cool things I wanted to share!

All these dolls, I especially like the robot monster high and the jointed Pocahontas

And the velvet dress is so pretty

This little Kelly doll had marker all over her forehead but it came off nicely, I can’t identify her though which is kinda bugging me ^^; I know she’s one of Kelly’s friends, possibly Nia or Maria...

And this poor mermaid with the front of her hair cut off, I think she’s a SeaWee which are a pretty vintage doll so if anyone collects them let me know and I could sell/trade her to you to restore. If not I’ll customize her at some point and give her all new hair

Next up are some other toys including a nice soft Share Bear

that black plastic thing on the left is a cool travel watercolor palette that opens up, hiding lots of colors

And finally the biggest thing I’ve ever gotten from a thrift store, the crystal rainbow castle! It’s soo pretty and in pretty good shape too, I’m gonna be able to display so many ponys on it! I took a pic with my new so soft Truly just because I though she looked cute there, I didn’t get her while thrifting

Aww that’s lame I do have 2 regular goodwills and a buy the pound one, so I guess there’s a better chance for variety here (there’s still a ton of clothes and old furniture but I skip that stuff)

Rationally, I know that more populace areas are going to have better pickings in the thrift/resale shops. Not mention more than one shop.

Irrationally, I'm pretty sure the universe is constriving against me so that I can't have cheap(er) vintage toys lmao.

Also, the salvation army here just completely stopped excepting and selling toys??? Like, I didn't really want to support them anyway, but still.

I’ve gotten a bunch of things from thrift stores recently that I haven posted yet so get ready for a lot of pics!
First up the dolls-A Disney animator Cinderella , a reeealy tall and jointed barbie, Heart Family mom (the one that looks like Barbie) and lastly a Bitty Baby doll! I always wanted one as a kid, my sister and I looked through the American girl catalogs for hours lol

Next is a few random other things- 2 little Disney figures, a full box of prismacolor pencils for only 2 dollars and a Redwall book that’s not in the best shape but has such gorgeous art!

And finally the ponys- a g3.5 style size pinkie and unused coloring book, 2 cute fakies, baby scootaloo and a nice purple pony I don’t recognize with cute little hats, a pinkie with some accessories (I’m not sure the flower thing goes with her though, if anyone knows what it’s from let me know), Big Brother Quarterback in really good shape! And this pretty plush pony, I think her name is Windy?

I live pretty close by a goodwill and a different thrift store too so I like to go a lot G4 are pretty common to see, but finding a G1 or g3 is always a great surprise!

I did just recently find a great score of g1s at a toy shop though! but they were all so expensive Masquerade was the most at $25 and the rest were $20. I bought three of them .... lol
