Well I am glad Shinta is all better, how'd he get that name?
 
My car is named orchid. She's still waiting for a part to arrive so the window will work. Such is the hazard of an Italian car in a pandemic. She's so happy to at least have a window. Insurance to the rescue!
 
I have a bunch of good news and potential good news.

I’ve had my fingerprints taken for my security clearance and I expect a new job soon.

My condo went on the market just one week ago and I have my first offer. I’ve had many viewings and and I might get another offer today.

I just got back from my first backpacking trip this year. It was a tough one with a heavy pack and lots of elevation. My knee held up wonderfully and I feel encouraged that I may get my full function back eventually.

So much gratitude this morning.

That was a good movie! I don’t remember which character that is, but it’s a fun choice for your cars name :)

Awesome. My son has named our cars. My work car is Dottie (from Disney Planes). Our van is Spenser (from Thomas and friends) and my regular car is TK91 because he's white with black accents and looks like a storm trooper :lolpony:

I have three cars, one was my dad's and it's named Bubba, one is only referred to as the red car, and the one I drive places has no name.
 
Mine always seem to get named after flowers... Except for Fred. Fred was my truck. He was so awesome. Who gets to teach themselves to drive manual on a new truck? Me, that's right. I miss driving stick.
 
So I was a bit bad today I bought a 2 barbies, 2 Rainbow high dolls, and the Rainbow high fashion closet. But I am happy lol

Sometimes it feels so good to be bad. My mother is dead set against anyone spending money on something so frivolous as dying your hair. However, I'm letting E gut her tips done before school starts. No bleaching. Hair grows back.it something so simple and, frankly, not all that expensive can help boost her confidence in herself, why wouldn't I do it? She's worked for it, too.

I agree, confidence is important. It might be something fun you guys can do together as a fun day before school starts back. Even if you go out to do it, make it a fun all about her day! She's lucky to have you.

I've been doing a few frivolous bait pony purchases for my Halloween customs so I can't say a word :lolpony:

I made her an appointment with the lady that did my hair. I don't trust myself to do it right. Plus, E has thick, thick hair.
