I'm getting a strong Disney Jr/G2 Pony Commercial vibe.

The plot is throw everything on a wall and see what sticks. So like, whatever. But why do they need to go on a jewel heist? Lol.

Finally, news that isn’t a leak nor vague as heck.
CGI looks how I expected, not amazing but definitely not bad. It’s cute! She’s definitely a lot more flattering in the 3D. Now let’s just wait to see what the toys look like.

I’m so glad the setting takes place far in the future. At least, that’s the sound of it (unless Twilight REALLY messed up). Mane 6 seem like barely a memory and Sunny here seems to be a huge fan of them, with all that merch. She’s a pony collector...

I knew the designs would look better CGI.
Normally I’m not a fan of how it’s like everything is getting CGI reboots and remakes but the style and storyline seem kinda decent to me. I like the new pony style with the different colour fur and they actually have hooves but I do wonder how they use some of their items like how were those badges attached to the bag?

I wonder how ponyland lost its magic and how did all they all become so divided... if it comes to Netflix UK when it releases, I’ll give it a go

While I personally like the CGI design over the bedding, the plot line is ... interesting to say the least. Like they had better have a fantastic explanation as to how the heck Twilight and her crew failed so hard at protecting Equestria and friendship. Like there was 9 seasons of how great they all were and to throw that out will be annoying if this is same universe. I’m slightly already annoyed. But I will with hold all my concerns until this movie comes out and until the show starts to air.

Seriously guys, she’s Elsa.

Yep, she looks like a firey pony Elsa. Cute tbh.

I think the series takes place thousands of years after the Mane 6 are already gone. I mean, Sunny here looks like she's a big fan of the Mane 6. Look at her pins and figures. If Twilight and the rest of the crew messed up that badly I doubt she would idolize them.

I actually really like the design of the colt character in the animated sneak peak. But I do wish the toys were a bit chunkier (though they are bigger than before, which is nice).

I'm not sure if I want to actively collect these, or just pick them up if I find them at thrift stores.
