I wonder why nobody wants to go to South Africa?
Oh wait, now I remember. It's the crime.
Well, *I* want to go there someday, it looks like a stunningly beautiful place, but probably never gonna happen at this point ( i am OLD lol).
we're in the USA. as a kid, spent some summer days in Canada not trrribly far from the US border in Ontario; lived for a year and a half in Germany (long before reunificiation) and during that time managed to get to Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Austria, England and the Highlands of Scotland. Here in the states have been to most states on the east coast, Wyoming, Oklahoma and Alabama as well as where the Fair has taken us. I so badly want to see Hawaii and Alaska, and the southwest and Pacific Northwest and California and all the other states, as well as do one of those train treks across Canada. And for some reason, probably from being a fan of Due South, I really really want to see Tuktoyuktuk. :-D really, there are sooooo many other places I want to see (and return to as well!) that I can't list them all, and therefore I demand a second lifetime from Whomever Makes that Decision. The MLP Fairs have really made me get the traveling bug back after a 2o year hiatus of sorts (a weekend down the jersey shore doesn't really count as "travel" lol) so we have been combining our trips to the fair with ten ++ day road trips.
And....! am now blissfully planning 2015's Fair road trip (thank you @SweetTune and staff for such early notice this year!). We're going to do a Great Lakes circuit this year, mostly around Lake Michgan, but what my aim is, is to see Lake Superior and Lake Huron. They seem so mysterious to me.
