I didn’t expect to really get that one because I considered them to be Earth ponies and brothers but then the “yes” to there being hooves under the sheet and those hooves are quite a standout feature. The Sweetie Belle made me think I should have a better look at the mountain boys. I also remembered how last year the GIFs are also clues.

I don’t think I was too close to the answer before the clue. It would’ve been @bluerose9978 ‘s win since it seemed like you was waiting to put the guess in. I’m sorry I got there before, I can imagine that feels quite annoying

I'm not sure how I would have given it away. I had known the answer for 12 hours already and then I thought Rainribbon knew for sure the answer with her question!

It was definitely a challenging round! But frustrating when you know and can't answer!

I kind of liked the level of difficulty. Unfortunately the Mountain Boys weren't on my radar (thought of them as Big Brothers too). I was just trying to narrow down the possibilities in a different way.
