Nice guess @bluerose9978 I couldn't decide whether or not it was Majesty and Spike or Sprinkles with her Duck Soup because they both have blue

I was trying to wait on the answer about dragons before posting Majesty. But I'm stumped right now. I went through the list My Little Wiki has on all the G1 blue ponies and nothing stood out. My guess is the pony isn't blue, that whatever is with the pony is blue.

Lol you guys have gotten so close and in fact guessed the right thing (still waiting on identify the thing). So much so that it’s been mentioned several times this round and previous round(s). But I guess amnesia is real this year.
