Hasbro Money Go Through Yet?

Did anyone who ordered the Comicon '08 pony through HasbroToyShop.com have their credit/debit orders go through yet?

I'm a little nervous because the funds are still sitting in my bank account with a preauthorization hold on them, which is normal but usually only lasts a few days.

Anyone else?

Just wondering!
 
Yes, my payment was processed, and I got an email saying the ponies had shipped. :)
 
Yeah, mine was processed the day after I ordered. I got an e-mail last Friday telling me that the ponies I ordered were shipped.
 
I got an email saying the pony has shipped, but frustratingly the payment was held, then released, leading me to believe I had more money than I did, and then taken again. :p
 
I got the paypal confirmation and shipping confirmation on Friday, and the pony was in my hands on Saturday.:cheshire:
But I thought it was strange...I always thought paypal payments through bank transfer were immediate, I don't remember it ever taking a few days before.
 
Mine hasn't cleared yet either. My order status still says "Partially shipped" but when I go to the details of the order, it says "Not Shipped" and my payment is still pending. I had another order for my husband placed minutes before the pony order and it went through quickly and has been shipped. There might be some hold up with the ponies. I hope it gets resolved soon!
 
my order for pink superpony has a tracking number and it says "shipment accepted", so it should get to me today.


what I DONT get is how the blue art pony can still be in "not shipped" status on my account page.
 
My order was processed. Don't worry Claire, I'm sure yours will go through soon! :)

wart, it's because the blue art pony and the collector set of 7 ponies is only available for preorder, but they won't actually be available to ship till October. If you click on the item, availability says "This product will begin shipping on or about 10/06."

after i ordered it i only looked at my order page, which used to say 'expected ship date 7/21', but now says 'expected ship date 8/04' so, im not sure what it is hasbro is smokin'. Maybe it's all the fumes from the plastic molding process have affected them.

I belive someone mentioned that for pre-order, the main order page always shows the expected ship day is the current day. To get more information you need to dig deeper into the order area.

My comic ponies shipped already. Have not received them yet though. Maybe today will be a super, super pony day (I am expecting a HUGE ebay lot to arrive today!!).
 
This is why I don't use paypal or my debit card anymore when ordering through Hasbro or anything online for that matter. I just stick it on a credit card. But I got my e-mail last week telling me they were shipped so I should be getting them sometime this week. If you guys are still worried about your orders, you might want to call or e-mail them if you can.
 
Hmm, I paid through Paypal and my SDCC pony showed up here Saturday, the day after I'd received notification that said she'd shipped :D

I wonder what the hold-up is?
 
Just about all of the orders I had made have gone through. It takes a few days, but it does happen. I keep logging onto hasbrotoyshop.com and checking on my order status and periodically check paypal to see if it's cleared.
 
yeah, I wouldn worry about it. the worker-people just probaly havent gotten down to you order in the queue.
 
I WOULD like to get the Art Pony and the 7 pack, but w/ the 7 pack, I'm not too keen to send some money out for them already, when it's not going to ship for 2 months or more. Do you guys think it will be okay to do that?? How reliable are they?? :uhoh:

They don't charge you on pre-orders until the item is available and ships. It's perfectly safe to order from them. This isn't some fly-by-night little unreliable internet business, it's a major corporation.
