$ Price Check $ Price guides? G3/G4

Hi ladies and gents,

I am currently in the process of photographing all my MLP toys that have been collected over the years as I will be selling them off. I was just wondering what would be the best indicator for price these days? I used to be able to use Strawberry reef as a good guide but would eBay now be the best bet?

As far as pricing is concerned G3 & G4 don’t have a lot of “value” over all as they’re more “current” generations. Of course each gen has more valuable and harder to find ponies, these typically consist of special editions and exclusives or late run of each series.

But yes, your best bet is so search the recently “sold” listings on eBay. This way you know what things are actually selling for and not just what people hope to sell for.

That’s what I generally do too, though sometimes you might not be able to find one sold recently. In that case post here, Teagan, we’d love to help!

Wow that’s a lot! I’m kind of working on updating prices for G1s right now based on these crazy prices as of the last year.
I might try my hand at G3 and possibly G4 too. If I do, I’ll shoot you a message. Not entirely sure I will.

There are some books too with rough price guides by Summer Hayes - her books rock!!
