Didn't make it through the whole thing had to stop and play a video game with P but so far I like it. No spoilers, I'll finish tomorrow...
 
I must have watched Our Flag Means Death at least 5 times through. LGBTQ+ Pirates, Kiwi comedians. Silly at first but chock full of heart. Can't wait for more of that one.

Severance was incredible, a mystery workplace psychological-thriller with a weirdly comedic edge. I have never been so glued to my chair for a season finale. Biting my nails for season 2. Bummer it's only watchable on AppleTV+

Every fall I have to watch BBC's Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell, it's just slightly spooky but wonderful, and PG I think. Period fantasy drama set in early 1800's Britain but an alternate reality where magic used to exist, and faerie folk could be enticed to lend aid. While magic is widely studied, only one man is known to be able to practice it, and he's about to meet his match. Sadly this one is no longer on Netflix but it's a prim British gem if you can find it.

Batuk and I just finished watching Goodnight Mommy (the Austrian original - we're gonna watch the American remake next time). Being that my second and third favorite movies are A Clockwork Orange and the original Martyrs from 2008, I adored it! It's got all the psychological dread and reflection on the flaws in humanity I crave.
 
Rewatching the Gravity falls finale
 
Just got done with The Black Phone. Dang what a creepy, awful, but very good movie! Especially if you're a parent. Mashed two genres I wasn't expecting together very well.
