LOL I didn’t have much of background that didn’t include the cats trying to eat ribbons. :rofl:

I grabbed the paper early during summer. It seems like Halloween stuff now comes out at the end of July and then vanishes and turns into Christmas stuff at the beginning of October. :eek:
 
I got lucky and found 1 random roll of orange paper that wasn't even with the wrapping paper. It was just randomly in another isle waiting for me to find it I guess. I can't believe the amount of Christmas already out! Don't get me wrong, I love Christmas but sheesh! I think that just adds to my feelings of anxiousness and the holidays feeling like they zoom by!
 
I started wrapping things to discover that the toddler has wondered off with at least 4 items. Probably others. But at least 4.

I have two bigger things hidden in the basement, and the little stuff to retrieve from my magpie child ... if I can.
 
Oh, that's right! My job never closes so I didn't even remember it.
 
So, I am a doofus.

I didn’t realize when I set the shipping deadlines that tomorrow is a holiday here in Canada (Happy Thanksgiving friends!!) I also believe it is a day of remembrance and reconciliation in the US as well.

Because of this I will be extending the shipping deadline for those shipping internationally to October 12, 2022.
 
Happy Canadian Thanksgiving @Skybreeze and other Great White Northerners! Do you eat turkey? Do you have a black Friday equivalent that happens on a Tuesday? I think it might be nice to have Thanksgiving in early October. Then no one can give you grief if you wanna start putting up Christmas after Halloween! Some of us "over decorators" could use several weeks :unsure:

Who says you can't lol. I do usually start. The house is already botched up so why not, right?? However I don't have Thanksgiving at my house.

I just weighed my box (it's finally all packaged up except one thing that Lynnix hid really well, so, I guess we're keeping it, lol).
It is 17 pounds and 5 ounces.
What have I done? o_O

I luckily had just enough left over wrapping from last year to use up this year. But my dear sweet beautiful Cricut bit the dust. RIP Cricut AirExplore2 I will sorely miss you for Christmas this year.
