What was Fiesta Flair supposed to be? Any pics?

Was she ever released? I can't remember if she was supposed to be a part of a playset, or what...was there ever a picture of her?
Also, has Sweet Steps been found anywhere else besides Toys R Us?

I was just thinking about her the other day. I absolutely love her colours. I hope Hasbro ends up releasing her!
 
I wonder if they were watching when that big racism stink came up. If they did indeed pull the Halloweens because of possibly controversy, I highly doubt we'll ever see Fiesta Flare.

I totally agree! :evil: Why are so many other outrageous things allowed these days, yet people take major offence to a totally innocent MLP toy?!

I'm confused too- how can a cute little pony be considered racist? They are yellow, pink, purple, and blue for cripe's sake! How could someone think this way?

Fiesta Flare is a nice name, i think.
 
As I recall, Fiesta flare had a mexican accent in whatever she was seen in and it is thought that it was stereotypical and might be considered rasist.
 
Cuddlebuggy is correct. The "scandal" was just a flame war at the Arena, the topic is still there, a basic search should locate it.

I think we have enough evidence to determine that Hasbro does watch the pony boards. If they noticed that topic I'm sure it would make them think twice about releasing Fiesta Flare, because they seem to be willing to pull any slightly controversial pony, as there aren't many other explanations for them pulling the Halloweens.

Sweet Steps, is she the baby pony that walks? If she is I saw her at Walmart the other day, but didn't buy her. She was $45 (canadian).

Give me a god **** mother ****ing break. What else will be considered racist? They think it's racist because her name is Fiesta (a mexican word for party) and she has an accent, give me a break, I hate when people get all huffy over stupid **** like this :evil:

Uh, can't you guys see the irony in totally flying off the handle (i.e. being way too sensitive) while accusing others of being too sensitive? :lol:

Seriously, take some of your own advice. It's just a silly issue through and through.

I will agree that people are way too oversensitive these days. Do anything, and it might offend someone. CAn't put this movie out because "homg, its slandering this". I'm surprised they didn't pull Rainbow Dash completely out of the picture because she has an accent.

People need to calm down.

I agree with Galaxy. This makes me flaming mad. That person is a total idiot to have made a huge issue over it like that, and possibly ruin the release of a beautiful pony for all of us, that in the end might even teach kids to appreciate different cultures at an early age.

I don't think anyone knows for sure why the halloweens weren't made, or Fiesta Flair for that matter. Any theories thrown around are really just that, theories. Here she is though, in all her cuteness:
